We guarantee all our products are lifetime quality. Any item that is damaged during production or installation will be replaced free of charge. Porcelain insert photos come with a lifetime guarantee. We are not responsible for the damages caused by others or acts of nature (vandalism, fading of lithochrome, tornados, hurricanes, lightning strikes).
